1- Work as a point of contact between the IT and other departments and act as an information source and communicator between business departments.
Understand strategic business needs and plans for growth.
2- Document and Communicate the business requirements and improvement opportunities to the right Digital department for planning, prioritization and delivery.
3- Contribute to enhancing the quality of IT products and services.
4- Ensure the analysis of the design of technical systems and business models and utilize IT data for business insights.
5- Collect challenges, request for improvements or for the existing and new services and raise them during relevant boards and committees.
