” The Job Description”
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments on-premises or in the cloud (Azure).
- Implement upgrades and updates to ensure the system is always running on the latest version.
- Manage user accounts, security settings, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and data archiving.
- Develop and implement custom entities, fields, workflows, and reports to meet the specific needs of the business.
- Utilize PowerApps and Flow to automate processes and improve user experience.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems, such as ERP and marketing automation platforms.
- Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Provide training and support to users on how to use the CRM system effectively.
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Document system processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the CRM space.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the CRM system and processes.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams, such as IT, sales, and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM .
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
- Excellent technical skills, including experience with SQL Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
- Proven ability to develop and implement custom solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
- Good level of English, preferably Saudi nationality.
