” The Job Description”

  1. Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments on-premises or in the cloud (Azure).
  2. Implement upgrades and updates to ensure the system is always running on the latest version.
  3. Manage user accounts, security settings, and access controls.
  4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  5. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and data archiving.
  6. Develop and implement custom entities, fields, workflows, and reports to meet the specific needs of the business.
  7. Utilize PowerApps and Flow to automate processes and improve user experience.
  8. Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems, such as ERP and marketing automation platforms.
  9. Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  10. Analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders.
  11. Generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
  12. Provide training and support to users on how to use the CRM system effectively.
  13. Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  14. Document system processes and procedures.
  15. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the CRM space.
  16. Participate in the continuous improvement of the CRM system and processes.
  17. Collaborate effectively with other teams, such as IT, sales, and marketing.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM .
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent technical skills, including experience with SQL Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
  • Proven ability to develop and implement custom solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Good level of English, preferably Saudi nationality.
