- Spearhead the architectural design and strategy of mobile applications, encompassing both iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to ensure a cohesive and harmonized end-to-end experience.
- Keep abreast of the latest mobile app trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our applications stay competitive and current.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms to achieve desired mobile application outcomes.
- Lead performance analysis and optimization efforts to ensure mobile apps are lightweight, fast, and responsive.
- Mentor and guide mobile development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure all app architectures are robust, scalable, and secure, with optimal code quality and documentation.
- Advocate for and implement effective CI/CD practices for mobile application development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in architecting and deploying high-scale, successful mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Deep understanding of mobile platform nuances, lifecycle, user experience guidelines, and best practices.
- Proficiency in multiple mobile programming languages and frameworks such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter.
- Solid grasp of mobile app integrations including APIs, databases, servers, and other related technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a track record of mentoring and leading mobile development teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
