” The Job Description”
1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle HCM modules within the EBS suite.
2. Design and implement customizations , extensions, and configurations to meet client-specific needs.
3. Provide technical expertise on Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Self-Service.
4. Execute unit testing and support system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
5. Assist with data conversion, migration, and interfaces between Oracle HCM and other business systems.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM applications.
7. Train end-users and provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM systems.
8. Stay current with Oracle HCM updates and enhancements, and provide recommendations for optimization.
9. Core HR, Payroll, Self-service modules, User hook, Fast formulas.
