” The Job Description”
- Implement and configure various modules of Oracle EBS HCM, including HR Core, OTL, Performance Management, Irecruitment, Learning Management, Payroll, and Self-Services.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams during implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Oracle EBS HCM configuration, processes, and procedures.
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
- Provide end-user training and support.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle EBS HCM, including HR Core, OTL, Performance Management, Irecruitment, Learning Management, Payroll, and Self-Services.
- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM, including system configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience working with clients to gather business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
