Sr. Oracle HCM EBS Consultant

” The Job Description”

1.        Implement and configure various modules of Oracle EBS HCM, including HR Core, OTL, Performance Management, Irecruitment, Learning  Management, Payroll, and Self-Services.
2.        Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
3.        Provide guidance and support to project teams during implementation and post-implementation phases.
4.        Develop and maintain documentation related to Oracle EBS HCM configuration, processes, and procedures.
5.        Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
6.        Provide end-user training and support.
   Qualifications:
   

• At least 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle EBS HCM, including HR Core, OTL, Performance Management, Irecruitment, Learning Management, Payroll, and Self-Services.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM, including system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience working with clients to gather business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
