1. RPA Development – Demonstrate a strong understanding and hands-on experience with UiPath
   products, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot.
2. Proficient in designing and developing automation workflows using
   UiPath tools.
3. Able to build scable automation using orchestartion process,Action
   center,Queue concepts.
4. Collaborate with solution architect,business analysts and stakeholders to
   understand automation requirements.
   Process Analysis – Analyze and document current business processes remotely to identify
   areas for automation.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams through virtual collaboration
   tools to gather requirements and ensure successful automation.
   UiPath Expertise – Hold UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification.
6. Demonstrate strong expertise in UiPath development, staying updated on
   the latest features and best practices.
7. Apply advanced knowledge of UiPath Action Center for task management
   and human-in-the-loop scenarios.
8. Leverage UiPath Document Understanding Data Services for document
   extraction, classification, and validation.
   OCR Technologies – Integrate Abbyy OCR and FlexiCapture seamlessly into UiPath workflows for
   enhanced document recognition and data extraction.
   Programming Skills -Demonstrate strong programming skills, particularly in .NET, to enhance
   and customize automation solutions.
   Collaborate with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing health insurance systems, Health Insurance Sector ,Considerations.
9. Understand and adapt RPA solutions to meet the specific requirements of
   the health insurance sector.
10. Familiarity with regulatory standards, compliance, and security protocols
    related to health information.
    Quality Assurance – Implement robust testing processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy
    of RPA solutions.
11. Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions.
