” The Job Description”

  1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
  2. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
  4. Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  5. Manage project risks and issues.
  6. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  7. Prepare regular reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  8. Foster collaboration and communication across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in technical project management or IT project coordination.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications are a plus.
