” The Job Description”
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Manage project risks and issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Prepare regular reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and communication across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in technical project management or IT project coordination.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications are a plus.
