- Provide technical support and monitoring to ensure database availability and response time.
- Assist in implementing requests and solving incidents as agreed in the general performance indicators and SLA.
- Review the application activities on the databases and cooperating with application owners to solve issues and ensure system stability.
- Support in administrating databases in all environments.
- Monitor the performance of multiple databases in different environments.
- Support in reviewing and implementing changes on database structure.
- Support in reviewing database design and enforcing database naming standards.
- Assisting in supporting data replication among multiple databases and disaster recovery site.
- Provide on call 24/7 support for production environment.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 0 – 3 years of experience in database administration.
