- Having BA certificate like CBAP or PMI-PBA or CABA.
- At least 8 years’ experience in banking domain.
- Elicit and document business requirements for the core banking modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, translating business needs into clear specifications.
- Extensive experience in the banking/financial services industry, mainly in core banking systems.
- Understanding of banking operations and products.
- Knowledge of banking processes, such as account management, lending, deposits, payments, and reconciliation is preferable.
- Experience in creating use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Proficiency in identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and their underlying architecture is preferable.
